Our old system was worn out, tired, noisy and grossly inefficient. Now thanks to Chris and Acumen our newly installed HVAC system maintains the home at a very comfortable temperature on these hot, humid days. Great advice and very professional in all aspects of the quote and installation.

I chose Chris and Acumen after a long search. My AC had died and it was coming into the hot time of the summer with my house hitting 80 inside with windows open. After having 3 other companies in my home I decided to go with Chris for his professionalism and insight to ask more than just about my AC.  He saw that my old air intakes where floor based and were not removing the heat form the rooms. With in less than a week we had Chris at the house and a few hours later we had AC working again. I have already recommend Chris to family, friends and clients. His professionalism, courtesy and promptness was much appreciated.  Didn’t hurt him that my 1 year old daughter thought he was a hoot.

Well, I guess we’ll just call you a miracle worker cause there has been no smell all day.  It’s now just after 6pm.  I went over late this a.m. and opened the basement windows a crack (maybe an inch) and turned on the fan…. when I checked around 2:30 there was no smell…. Mum put on the a/c around 4pm and still no smell, so I don’t know what happened, but I can’t thank you enough for that suggestion.You have no idea how much this will change my Mum’s life… it’s been so stressful for her.
